forms won't email data

I followed directions here: http://www.chronoengine.com/faqs/74-chronoforms/chronoforms6/5309-how-to-create-a-responsive-contact-form.

The form works nicely but I do not get an email.
Nothing.
Here is how the form is set up (see image.) Yet I get no email. Please advise.

Note: I am on Joomla 3.

Because you've put the email action in the LOAD event, instead of the SUBMIT event.

It worked.
