Since a couple of days, chronofroms Forms embedded with the content Plugin don't work anymore.
The form is rendered but when i click to "send" nothing happens. And strange, when i use the preview Mode or when i connect to the form via chronoforms5 Menutype everything works.

I suspect that this is a problem with the Joomla! router. If you set the form Action URL manually then it should work correctly. You can use http://domain.com/index.php?option=com_chronoforms5&chronoform=form_name&event=submit

Thank you. I tried to upload an image with the Default action URL? Error. But there is a new Error in your Upload field (Error saving the attachment file).

The same Problem with Sites with Chronoforms 4.
All forms which were inserted with the plugin do not work anymore.

Is there a fix for this problem? I have a lot of sites with broken forms now.

i mean, the content plugin will not be installed by new installation 6.1.4...

Any content plugin output can be cached by Joomla, this is why v6 has system plugin, please disable the content plugin and keep the system one for v6, but for other vesrions you should use a menu item of type form to avoid the cache issue, or just disable the cache!

can you describe exactly what to do please?
- what do you mean with "keep the system one for v6" - sorry, i not understand this
- what do you mean with "other vesrions" - you mean "versions" i think - but what for others versions?
when i will show a form in a article, i will not made a menu item - i must have the function as it was until you no longer use the separate plugin.

v6 comes with a system plugin included, that plugin should parse the content syntax and display the form without being affected by Joomla cache, but if you had the old v6 "content plugin" installed on the site, then it will have the problem of "other Chronoforms versions", which causes the form to fail in articles when the Joomla cache is enabled

Ok, but we found it's dependent on your theme, you may abandon the security image and just use the fields validation with honeypot, the form should still be secure

yes - this is clear for me. but it's strange - with the content plugin installed and activated the form works fine - so, i mean, that the integrated plugin in v6 have a problem. we will see, what the future will bring...

it can be a conflict with the theme, but it will not be easy to find how!

further info from this problem: when i deactivate the content plugin and delete the security image in the form, then the form will go but i receyved the form 3x with 3 mails.
this is the problem, that the security image will not work. when the form change in background 3 x, then the security image is failed.
why the form will 3 x send by deactivated content plugin and with not security image?

i mean, this is another constellation in implemented plugin-function on v6 instead of the external content plugin...

another information to this problem: with honeypot and not activated content plugin 6 i receyved the form 2 x in mail...
