I receive empty emails from chronoform 5

Hello everyone!
My name is Elena and I'm new to this forum!
I write to you because I have been receiving empty emails (without name, subject and message) from my website for a few months now.
I have read in the various forums that the problem could be solved using Server Validation but, I have not found anywhere an explanation of how to use it for the specific problem of spam with empty emails. How can I solve it?

Dear Admin,
Thank you for your answer. I had already read that part before writing in the forum. What nobody explains is where to enter the server validation. Do I have to put it in On load after "Html render form" or after On submit? In the various forums, there are conflicting opinions on this

If you're creating a new form, do it in v6 instead
