Chronoforms6 dropdown not working

For some reason the dropdown on our forms stopped working on Chronoforms 6 (v. 6.0.27) on our website: http://allcarlease.be/formulieren/lease-offerte-aanvragen. I tried clearing the cache, but that didn't help. We're running Joomla! 3.9.4. Anything we are missing here?

Try reinstalling the latest CF again.

I reinstalled Chronoforms 6.0.27, but still no luck.

Hi gfunkinc,

I see both drop-downs working OK in FireFox, Chrome and Opera; in Safari the drop-down values display but I can't make a selection using my mouse (it works with arrow keys).

It seemed to be a conflict with a slider (which I deactivated now on this page). Thanks again for your help!
