special characters when save data

Hi, I have a problem.

When I save the data with an array, they are saving with special characters.

I attach images of the debugger.

What can be the solution?

It looks like departmento is in a repeater area, right? Because the data read suggests the value is an array.

I found the problem. Had defined the field in the database as varchar.
