Modal not working after update

Hi,
I just updated Chronoform in Joomla 3.9.4 and found that my modal forms no longer work properly.
The preview works fine but the live form shows as the image below.
Maybe a template issue?
Any help will be appreciated.

There are a couple of JavaScript errors - the Google Maps code is loading twice and your search box appears twice with the same element ID (they should be unique). I'm not sure that either of those would cause the problem but they might.

Hard to make sense of that - it looks as if you have a form that is set up for display in a modal window showing as the main page content???

I have a somehow similare problem - Form in Modal window - after upgrade of Joomla to 3.9 and Php7.2. the modal does come up - put only shows the top few centimeters of the form;
if I close the forma and clic the button to open the form again - the form comes up properly.

Ok, I experience now exactly the same modal behavior as vanzini did: the modal opens as narrow stripe at first, and then, on second try it opens in full size. The source of bug is css part of style .scrolling.undetached.dimmable .ui.scrolling.modal {position:absolute}. if I turn it off in Developer tools, the form appears. and what's curious, the same style doesn't load on second attempt to open same modal. I know it's impossible to upload images to forum, here are screenshots:

HOW TO FIX THIS??

So, I've tested a bit more and I can say that problem is in "Detachable" setting of Modal Area. When set to "Yes", modal opens as intended. BUT if there is Calendar field inside of form, then popup calendar doesn't work anymore. (this is my case)

And vice-versa - if "Detachable" setting of Modal Area set to "No", the modal itself opens only on second attempt, and popup calendar works as intended.

- a year ago you've posted some dirty fix, which stopped working after recent update.

Please, post some workaround to fix the bug.

If you have the latest update then please use the modal demo form, does the modal work when you preview the form in admin area ?

If yes then good, if no then please try to set the calendar display mode to "Inline", does that help ?
