Hi, I used to have, in other Chronoforms versions, more options to choose in dropdown menu, options that I had to put in code, because I never found any option to do this in a easier way, and now you even hide the code page, don't know why. :/
I want to do like the imagens I put here, 1st is how I want to appear, and 2nd is the only way I can do.
The gold is to put Portuguese counties and parishes, and now I can only put counties.
Please help ASAP to see if I can buy version 6 or I've to use older version.

Don't think you can do it that way using the dropdown field. You can use a Custom HTML block and manually create your dropdown the way you like - it uses Semantic-UI.
