Db read sum case like

how to use sum (case when a like test%): model.alias in fields to retrieve

To count word, microsoft word, word advance values as 3 other in different number

to find like values and list them from db and count them if possible in chart if not table

database is in example of
photoshop, word, excel, powerpoint
photosohp, excel, other
excel,other
word,excel

i want to know how many excel how many word and list
for example
word 10
excel 7
other 3

i was thinking to do ?

Is the database field holding only a single value? Or a comma separated list?

i could solve with sql and php
