Help. My chronoforms ask the user to Sign-In.

danielyma 01 Dec, 2018
It seems the Chronoforms wants the user to sign in a new user tries to use the form. After pressing cancel, it seems to be ok to continue filling in the form.

I see the form configuration setup has 2 errors: Form name set? and Form Email set?

Anyone can help?

HI danielyma,

I don't think that the pop-up is anything to do with ChronoForms - at least I've never seen that before form a ChronoForm. You might just check your form permissions - I guess that a custom setting there might require a login.

EDIT: Yes, it is Chronoforms.

Yep that's not Chronoforms and I don't think that's even your site, that's a server thing from the look of it.

Although.... do you have a password set on the administrator folder maybe?

So I just did a test and I believe it will be because you've got a password set on your administrator folder, and some CF stuff is in the administrator folder.

Alrighty got it - the captcha refresh button uses an image from the administrator directory. I'll make a bug post

<img src="http://www.dsoba.com/administrator/components/com_chronoforms5/chronoforms/actions/load_captcha/refresh.png" border="0" style="padding:0px 0px 15px 10px;" alt="refresh" onclick="document.getElementById('gcaptcha_17').src = 'http://www.dsoba.com/index.php?option=com_chronoforms5&amp;act=render&amp;tvout=ajax&amp;action=load_captcha&amp;action_id=17&amp;chronoform=registrationform20160919c' + '&amp;' + Math.random();">
