If you prefer to do things yourself, but you just need a little nudge in the right direction, I sell demo forms through my website. These include "readme" messages along the way so you can see what's happening at each step and give you a better understanding of what you might need to do to customise it for your own purposes.
I also provide custom actions that you can add to any form to easily add extra features and functionality. These demo forms and custom actions are only a few Australian dollars each.
