I have a form already online that works great. At this form I wanted to remove a part composed of 3 text boxes and insert a dynamic select list. In practice, the dynamic select list is in an example form with the tables of the db. I have already imported the tables. Is there a way to import the 2nd form in the 1st?

It's possible in v6 but I don't know about v5.
