chronoforms v5 does not send emails anymore

Hi,
I saw today that chronoform v5 does not send emails anymore. I have no idea why this is so. Would it be possible that someone looked at this?

Please add a Debugger to the form on Submit event temporarily and copy and paste the debug output here.
