Notification mails not sent to google addresses

Hello,
I have a problem with ChronoformV5 and ChronoformV6 in Joomla 3.8.6.
I made a basic contact form, but notifications emails are not sent to business addresses.
In fact I have a domain name but email addresses related to this domain names are bought on Gmail (Gsuite). When I enter one of these custom addresses (contact@mydomain.com) in the component as a notification address, there is no error in the submission but the mails are not sent. Worse, when I put my own gmail address (my_name@gmail.com) the message is not sent either.
However, when I put a yahoo address or any other which is not directly link with Gmail, emails are sent without any problem.

I did some research but I can not found anything.

Does anyone have an idea?

Thank you in advance and sorry for my poor english

Hi johnli,

Does the From Email address you are using match the site domain name? If not, then GMail will drop your emails as probable spam.

Thank for your anwser.
Exact, the email address is linked to the domain name but was purchased on GSuite. The mails are in spam for my own address xxx@gmail.com, but for the address xxx@mydomain.com there is nothing at all.

I chose the SMTP option (with Gmail settings) instead of PHP mail, and now it works with chronoformV5. But, the attached files are not in the mail, gold I have filled in the email attachment field.
I continue my research, but if there is an idea, I'm interested 😀

Hi johnii,

Please make sure that the To and From email addresses are different, GMail will not send the email if they are the same.

If they are going into your spam folder then they are being sent correctly and you just need to edit the subject and content so that they don't look like spam.

Hi GreyHead,

Thank you for your suggestions.
I made the backup of a correct form that I realized and I restored in my project then modified. Everything seems ok now although I still have to use the SMTP configuration
