Need assistance - mail doesn't work

Hello,

For an unknown reason, the form doesn't send emails. [url=https://www.chronoengine.com/faqs/70-chronoforms/cfv5/5259-my-form-doesn-t-submit-send-e[color=#a333c8]I've tried the suggestions in the FAQ without success[/url].

I've enable the debugger but i'm unable to understand it😟



Finally, i'm adding that i have a precedent form from chronForm V4 that it is stiil active, i want to replace by the V6 and and i'm wondering if the plugins are short-circuited each other ?
As you will see i've tried my form while a deactivated thos old composants, composants, plugins, etc.

Hi aplantard,

The Debugger info shows a message being returned from the Joomla mailer saying 'the Mail sent successfully'. If it isn't being received then that typically means that it is being blocked en route or sent to a spam folder.

What is the From Email address that you are using? Does that match the site domain?

CFv6 and CFv4 are independent and can both be run on the same site.

Thanks for you reply. I didn't see "the mail sent success fully", i should have paid more attention.

I've just checked and no, the email adress doesn't match the site domaine. Is it possible to fix this problem without matching the email adress and site domain ?

No you cannot "fix" this problem without matching the email address and site domain. It's not a "problem" it's a security measure implemented by nearly all mail routing servers on the planet to stop, for example, being able to use your own site to send emails that appear to come from someone else's email address.
