Hi, I would like to ask if there is a German language file for CF6. Or someone can tell me how to create one.

I don't remember seeing a German language translation - but you can create one using the Languages tab in the forms manager.

Ich habe für Chronoforms 6 die Übersetzung angelegt.
Ist eine Übersetzung von deepl.com, also eine generierte Übersetzung.
In der ZIP-Datei ist eine txt Datei zum Kopieren.
Fehler, Verbesserungsvorschläge usw. könnt ihr gerne einbauen und die Datei hier posten.

Is a translation from deepl.com, a generated translation.
In the ZIP file is a txt file to copy.

Thx, PVolland for the translation. Yet there remains text in English which seems not be reached by the language file. I wonder why Chronoforms is not listed at transifex. I am one of the German translators at transifex, and I would show up for a proper German Chronoforms there.
