facing issue in attached file with mail (chronoform-6)

hello,
i have created one form and added functionality to upload images and i wanted to attach that image into send email but mail is going and form is submitting but file are not attaching. i followed your demo forms my form settings are same but image is not attaching into email please resolve this issue.

Please make sure that you have the Upload Files action before the Email action. If that is not the problem please add a Debugger action after the Email action and copy and paste the Debugger output here.

Hi, I have tried what you said, I have added the upload before the email section, please see my screenshot: https://prnt.sc/kcu2pw. Still the attachment is not working. There are a few settings which I did try:

The file is uploading as it should, but I want the file added as attachment to the email also, can you let me know if there's any other settings I need or provide a demo form for this?
