Select All works as toggle instead of Select All

When using a select all selector in a table, it doesn't actually select all entries - instead, it toggles the states of all the entries in the table. So when you check it, all your checked entries uncheck and your unchecked entries check.

"select all" should select all
deselecting the "select all" should deselect all
