Not scrolling to invalid fields after form submission

ozneilau 30 May, 2018
Hi,

I am just learning ChronoForms v6 and have an issue with a fairly simple Enquiry Form where the page is not being scrolled to invalid field(s) at the top of the form (e.g. required field "First Name" left empty) when the form is submitted with an invalid field.

If I click on the submit button a second time, the page scrolls to the first invalid field as expected.

The form is at https://www.thetravellinggolfer.com.au/enquiry and I have included the form setup below.

What am I doing wrong?

Thanks in advance,

Neil

Hi Neil,

I took a look but can't see what is happening. The CF Validation function is simply not called on the first click so something else is being triggered before that happens but I can’t see what that is. Maybe Max has an idea if you ask him through the Contact Us menu above. I checked without the template so it is not anything there that is causing this.

Hi,

This looks like a problem with the latest release only, it should be fixed in the next one!

Best regards,
