How can I entlarge the textarea on the form?

It's the Bootstrap code of your template conflicting with the Semantic-UI of Chronoforms. Add the following to "Extra Attributes" in the Advanced tab.
​
style:height:300px
​
replace the 300 with whatever size you want.
