Can a form have more than one form field?

I have a CF5 form with two form fields. When I browse and select files for each of these fields, one of them uploads and the other does not. The Debugger output lists only one of these fields, the one that does upload. Since both fields are set up exactly the same, the only difference being the field name and ID, is the problem that a form is limited to a single form field? I know I can do multiple uploads from a single field, but if possible I'd like to define them separately.

There should be no problem. You need one Upload Files action configured to include both of the File Upload elements.

Thanks, that was the problem. I had two Upload Files actions, one for each form field.
