ReCaptcha Loading Twice

Question

I am creating a form for visitors to submit their resumes on our careers page.
I used the same format that I used on all of my other forms, yet for some reason this form is loading captcha twice.

But works properly in this link...

Help would be appreciated!

Hi jgallacher,​The first one looks as if it is in the article content, not in the form content. If you view the form alone there is only one Captcha.​Bob
