Hi osieltavares,

Chronoforms uses the Joomla mailer, so it depends on how you have that configured.

Hello, I use> Email Settings> Method> PHP Mail!
I'm testing chronoforms 6 if I fix this, we'll use it on our site.
I tested others but chronoforms6 was more promising.
Only problem is this issue of sending the name of the hosting server to email. (my mail server is zoho mail)

print image: http://prntscr.com/iudi3u

Note: Testing done on other forms extension does not occur.
If you can help me in this matter!

Hi osieltavares,

In both images I see "Requests to the server have been blocked by an extension." Is that correct?

this only happens when ChronoForms sends email to my domain.

If ChronoForms is sending to email from other domain did not display!

Hi osieltavares,

Then I guess that some other extension is blocking the email - I have no idea what that might be :-( maybe a security extension of some kind?

ChronoForms when sending to email from another domain this does not happen!
osieltavares 21 Mar, 2018
the email arrives in the inbox!

as you see the print (http://prntscr.com/iudi3u) it displayed (server name).

I ran a test with other form extensions
and it does not happen!

was sent to the same email with another form extension (http://prntscr.com/iufevl)

see that it does not appear (the server name) in the email box.

Question?
The server name only appears in the e-mail box
when it is sent by ChronoForms6!

Hi osieltavares,

How is the email received when a new user registers on your Joomla website ? does it have the server name included ? if not then what are the email info ? (from name, email..etc)
