Check Box Mutation

For some reason my Check Box is being Mutated.
Can anyone tell my why and how to fix it?
It loos like my templates Checkbox hiding behind a different one.

Hi,

Can you disable the checkbox effect in your template settings ? because Chronoforms6 has its own Checkbox effect!
