An empty page is usually a sign of a PHP Error. Please try setting your Site Error Reporting temporarily to Maximum and see if you get a more helpful error message. It may be that some custom code needs to to be updated - or there is some error in the form itself.

Thank you Bob for the prompt reply. This has happened after the latest update and applies to all working forms that has been restored . With the same form on CFv6.0.15 everything works fine.
