Dynamic drop down in chronoform6

1. I want a dropdown with 3 options
However, I only want a new field (called specify) to appear ONLY when users click on OTHERS (See attached)
2. How do I create a multi COLUMN page like your contact page?

Hi wolajumoke,

#1- The dropdown field has an "events" tab where you can add an event to show another field when the "other" value is selected", the other field should exist and be hidden by default (you can hide the field in the field settings)

#2- Use the "Multi field" area under the designer.

Please note that some features are only available in the advanced designer mode.
