Hi Max,
We upgraded to MariaDB on the weekend. [ Joomla- 3.8.3 PHP- 7.0.26 MariaDB- 10.1.30 Chronoforms- 6.0.15]
One of our sites uses Chronoforms6 for an order form that changes every week. This procedure has been in production for over 100 weeks.
Every week the form is modified and a new table set up using "Create table".
Chronoforms6 has always created a table of this format: SITE_chronoengine_chronoforms_data_FORMNAME
But when we do "Create table" now, it has become: SITE_chronoforms_data_FORMNAME , i.e. "chronoengine_" has disappeared.
This is not problematic in itself, because when we associate the new table (SITE_chronoforms_data_FORMNAME) in the "Setup" tab of the form, it works. The data is going into the newly created table - we can confirm this from PHPadmin in cPanel.
But here is the problem:
When "Data tables" is used in the Chronoforms6 Forms Manager, the new table name (SITE_chronoforms_data_FORMNAME) comes up. But when it is clicked, there is no data displayed at all. It looks like the table is empty (which we know is not true). Unfortunately, the site owners can no longer use the Chronoforms "Data tables" to verify and reconcile data.
I searched the forum and didn't find a similar issue. Does this ring a bell with you?
Thank you very much,
Steve
