For some reason the required fields no longer validate, and the asterisks for the labels don't show. I don't see that something is not loading. The option for adding the asterisk in the HTML(Render Form) is set to Yes. This used to work. Here is the page: https://www.controlair.com/index.php/contact/rfq

There is a JavaScript error on the page from some code in your template "Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected identifier". That would explain the validation not working.

Thanks, Bob. I really appreciate you looking into this. However, the validation for that form mysteriously started working for me this morning without any changes, and that error is still reporting. Another form on that site was not working. I ended up disabling another extension (MaxiMenu Params) and it looks like things are ok now. Thanks again.
