I've removed hidden field from designer tab, but it still exists in the received mail as label without value.
And I can't update site name too(From name in email block is empty). I changed site name in Joomla settings, but I still get emails with old name. Removing cache doesn't help.

Removing cookies helped with old hidden inputs.

All is working fine. My mistake was that I thought that the name of the site is used in mailing.
