Using Dropdown with Repeater

Hello, could somebody, please, tell me what would be right code for dropdown in repeater area?
with textarea there are three fields that should point to repeater: Name, ID and Value.
For example, i have textarea in repeater that is set right and works fine:
[attachment=108190_20171117122531_1-jpg.jpg][/attachment]
What about dropdown?
Where I set the Value and how?
[attachment=108190_20171117122545_2-jpg.jpg][/attachment]

For the dropdown you set the value in the "Selected values" box.

What is the syntax of it? I dont get it, sorry. Tried different ways.

So, if I had dropdown and values defined in Options field:

SOSEJA=ŠOSEJA (sportists)
MTB=MTB (sportists)
BMX=BMX (sportists)

what would be the syntax of those in "Selected valuse" box?

If you add "MTB" in the "Selected values" box then "MTB" would be selected.
