Is there a shortcode expression for the URL to the current site root, i.e. http://domain.com/ ? Maybe just {url:} ?
While I'm on the subject, have all the available shortcodes and their options been documented under the CF6 Shortcodes tab and the Variable shortcodes forum post? Or are there more of them that may not have been documented?

PS. I just updated my site to CF 6.0.13 and the Shortcodes tab is gone! Eek! Where's our quick reference to the shortcodes now? URL to the shortcodes tab http://<site_root>/administrator/index.php?option=com_chronoforms6&act=info now throws a 404 error.
