E-mail doesn't work frontend but works backend

Hi guys,

If I try to send an e-mail from the backend it works fine... but if I send the e-mail at the frontend (http://www.jaguhair.nl/nieuw/index.php/contact?chronoform=Contactformulier) the form isn't send and the thankyou page doesn't work...

At the backend, there are 2 red "issues" remaining,.. but I can't find out how to solve these 2 issues...
