After inserting radio and checkboxes in the chronoform and putting them online on the site, they strangely multiplied.
The preview although is working fine.

I couldn't find any template css code that might interfer.

The template is tkg responsive.

Please check the template settings and turn off any options that try to add 'pretty' form elements.
