Email submission check box

I have seen this question in older versions but need to ask for V6.

I want to add an option for a user to receive a copy of a form submission only if the click the check box. I imagine I can set up an event switcher? In older versions I saw PHP code used and I am not a programmer

Yes, an event switcher, {data:checkbox_name} in the "data provider", the checkbox value in the "Events list", click "update events" (may not work because of a new bug found, you may need to wait for the next update for this one, scheduled for tomorrow), then drag the email action inside the created event
