After update to V6.0.11 dropdown menu db doesn't work

Hi, yesterday's update to the version released on October 05 and realize an orthographic correction in my form, after save i see that my dropdown menu does not read data from my database.

Yes, the first drop down field I select the student name and based in this answer the other fields fill automatically read the DB

Are you able to create a demo form with the same read data configuration to make sure that it works without the reload feature ?
