					Hi wladoOO7,
Please double-check that you have the correct version of the mambot for Joomla 1.0.x and that the ChronoForms mambot is enabled - other than that there is no reason why it won't work.

					Wlado007,
try to use non HTML editor to insert the text because sometimes Editors will add <p> tags or any messy code and this will make the formula doesn't work!
Cheers

					Hi wlado007,
If the form is on-line you can email me an admin logon and I'll take a look.

					Hi there
Looks like I great component, I wanted to use it with sobi2 and set up a test form first.
http://www.sigsiu.net/forum/index.php/topic,4095.msg41112.html#msg41112
But I've got the same problem, it shows {chronocontact}test_form{/chronocontact}
I've got Joomla 1.5.7 with Legacy 1.0 and I installed Version 3 Stable.
I then created a form with the new button and then published it.
Do I need to do anything else?
Cheers

Forgot to mention that I have the mod rewrite SEF option switched on, if that makes a difference?

					Hi RussellEngland,
mod-rewrite SEF shouldn't make a difference, it looks as though SOBI2 doesn't support Joomla mambots/plugins unless you create a special custom field. Have you done this?
Bob

					Hi Bob
Thank for the quick reply😀
I haven't got that far yet, I think the special field is just a hidden field in chronoforms.
I just just wanted to test the module first so entered {chronoform}test_form{/chronoform} in an article.

Unless that's not the way to do it?
Cheers

					Hi RussellEngland,
You probably haven't published the mambot in the Module manager - please check ???

Just checked extensions -> module manager and extensions -> plug in manager, but there isn't an entry for chrono?
There is an entry under extensions -> install/uninstall -> components and its enabled there🙂

					Hi RussellEngland,
if no ChronoContact entry under extensions > plugins manager then the mambot is not installed, get it from the downloads area (V0.8) and install it first!
Cheers,
Max

					Hi Max
Great stuff! Its working now🙂
Also, just for reference, to use the Joomla 1.5 version of Chronoforms, use execJPlugins() instead of execMambots() in the Sobi2 details template.
Thanks again

					Hi there,
I like Chronoform a lot. Splendid and easy way of making a form. However, I want a step further with the mambot. And I cannot get it installed.
I installed the Joomla1.5 version of Chronoform and made a form. Now I want to embed it on a content page. So, I donwloaded the plugin mambot (http://www.chronoengine.com/downloads/chronoforms/chronoforms-j1/112-plugin-mambot.html) When I try to install the mambot I get this message (it's in Dutch btw):
Translation: there is already a map called 'chronocontact'. When I alter the name of the file(s) to install or the name of the chronoform plugin, I still cannot install the mambot. What can I do? Am I missing something? It should be too easy I guess....
Thanks!
