V6 for Wordpress missing empty.png

Just tried to import a Joomla form into a Wordpress site, most of design came through but not all. One of the most notable missing elements is the radio button. They show up with the infamous question mark, as in a missing image. When checking source code it is the empty.png image. Any thoughts? (the path is /wp-admin/empty.png)

Guys I REALLY need help here. It has been 10 days since I first posted this with no response. Very unlike you. This is what I get on YooTHeme - did not expect this here. Please reply asap as this is a major problem and I cannot move forward.
