read_data_output.php Undefined index

Hi,
Running Joomla 3.8 and PHP 7.1.6 . I upgraded from Chronoforms 6.0.5 to 6.0.9 . I am getting the following errors in my error log since upgrade. My solution was to downgrade to 6.0.5 and errors went away:

PHP Notice: Undefined index: value in ......./libraries/cegcore2/admin/extensions/chronofc/functions/read_data/read_data_output.php on line 161 (3 times per form load)
PHP Notice: Undefined index: offset in ......./libraries/cegcore2/admin/extensions/chronofc/functions/read_data/read_data_output.php on line 224

Only one form gives these errors, others do not. If interested in any other info, I can send.
