Set up confirmation mail

How to send a confirmation email to the form submitter in ChronoForms.

Overview

The issue occurs when trying to use a form field value as the recipient email address without the correct placeholder syntax.
In the email action's Recipient List field, use the placeholder {data:fieldname} where 'fieldname' is the name of your email field, such as {data:kontakt_epost}.

Hi!

I am sure this is very basic. But I can't figure it out.

I want to send a confirmation mail to the user when they have submitted to form - to the value that is corresponding to the e-mail field in the form.

The field is named: kontakt_epost.

In previous versions of Chronoforms there was a field "Dynamic settings" or something like that. I can't find it.... I tried to add the text "kontakt_epost" in the field "Recipent list" but it did not work

Kind regards

Answer
Hi Ola,

Please try {data:kontakt_epost} in the Recipient List (see page 10 of the manual).
