error after update

I have updated chronoforms today, i bought a license key. But after the update the form isn't working correctly.
I get an error 0 after i click on submit.
Normaly the input should be written to a database, wich connection is working.

any ideas.

Please post a screenshot of the error, the data is still being written to the database ?
