CFv6 Not Sending Email (Joomla v3.7.4, PHP7.0 and local Apache2 server);

The "Contact" Demo will only send email when one (1) email address is present within the "recipient list".

The "Contact" Demo will perform but with the following issues:
(1) Only one (1) email address can be present within the "recipient list";
(2) Will not send email to "{data:name}" ; and
(3) The email text appears twice within the email sent, as follows:

Hi Arthur,

There are no limits on the recipients, this may be some issue related to your mail server config or an ISP.

The double mail content can be corrected by adjusting your email body, try to empty the email body but enable the "Auto add fields to email" setting.
