Hi,
Need favor, there's something strange about the "From Name", i set from name in sending email to " [AMM] Asuransi Mobil Medan, but in my email, the sender name appear as number & alphabet, attached the screenshot. Please advie. Thanks in advance.

Please try leaving out the [] in the From Name - they might cause a problem.

Please drag a Debugger action into the On Submit event, then submit the form and copy and paste the debug output here.

Thanks for your response. But a bit strange, it only happened when i write down a fake email address in email field, for example test@gmail.com, but when i write down a true email, the sender appear to be correct. FYI, my from name don't use [], just AMM - Asuransi Mobil Medan.

Then it may be a change that your mail service is making - ChronoForms won't normally do anything with the From Name except copy it.
