Backup Restore Forms for Joomla and WP?

Hi,

if i create a Form on Joomla CF6 can I Backup and Restore on a WP Site?
Background: We once want to create a good Form and then in Case of New Client Project, want to Export/ Import FORM into Customer Site (i.e. WP and Joomla).

So is "cross" importing possible?
