How I Can Create Custom email template in chronoform6. I

Hi Grey, thank you so much for your instant response.

We need to 2 things
1) We dont want to show label on the front end but we want to show lebel in the email.
2) Now, in this form, we have differnt departments and each department have differnt doctors. But in the email,we just want the doctor and department which was selected by the user.

We have designed this form.

Hi Chandan,

You will need to use a "Switch" action.

If you can't find info on this here on the forums then please send me a message using the contact page and I will send you the incomplete manual which has info on the switch usage.
