Format Date Picker Date

Format a date picker to display leading zeros and custom date formats in ChronoForms.

Overview

The issue was a bug in CF6 preventing the calendar field from correctly showing leading zeros for single-digit days and months.
Apply the provided patch from the developer to fix the bug, which will allow the date picker to display dates in the desired 'dd-mm-yyyy' format.

In CF6, I need to format calendar field as 'dd-mm-yyyy'. For instance, I would like to format a date like 01-06-2017 as June 1st, 2017.
How can I set the "format" attribute in calendar field to display the zero before numbers from 1 to 9 ?
