Remove empty fields from emails in V6

I have a form that uses events to load fields depending on what was selected in a drop down. There are 6 choices and 2 events used to add a field if either one of 2 items is selected.

My question is if neither of them is selected, is there a way to remove them from the submission email? Currently, they show up with an empty data field in the email because there is no data recorded for the selection.

In CFv5 I have done this using a Custom Code action before the Email action to build that part of the template HTML with variable content. It just uses PHP with some - if this value is set show this line code. I imagine that you can do the same in CFv6.

Maybe you can set the Body in SETUP => Email => Body, Manually
