Embed more than 2 chronoforms in article (k2 or joomla article), don't work properly db read.

Hi,
I think I found a general error in chronoforms v4.

My setup:

Joomla version -> 3.7.2
Web Server -> nginx/1.12.0
PHP Version -> 5.5.38-1~dotdeb+7.1 (fpm-fcgi)
Database Version -> 5.5.55-0+deb7u1

ChronoForms5 Site Module -> V5 RC1.2
ChronoForms5 Administrator Component -> 5.0.15
Chronoforms5 Site Plugin -> V5.0
ChronoForms5 Package Site Package -> V5.0

Problem:

I want to embed together in an article (k2 or joomla article) more than 2 seperate chronoforms.
In case to embed 2 chronoforms all work properly.
User can store and edit own record.

In case to embed 3 or more chronoforms in an article user can store data in mysql but db read dont work and user dont view the stored data if refresh the page.

I have many tries and tests but the problem not resolved.

Some ties:

embed k2 and joomla articles = problem not resolved
clean joomla install with default theme and chronoforms = problem not resolved
diferrent versions of software = problem not resolved

I send in attachments 3 very simple forms to view my settings and db tables.

I would appreciate your help to solve the problem.

Hi vlachos,

For new forms i suggest using v6, you can load v6 forms with v5 on the same page.

Thanks for your answer

Is there anything I can do to solve the problem in version 5?

Hi vlachos.v ,

I suspect that this is a problem with the logic in the way that your forms are set up. Please try adding Debugger actions so that you can see exactly what data is being submitted and the MySQL queries that are being created. That hopefully will let you track down exactly what is happening.

Hi vlachos,

Also please check that you have unique models names across the forms.
