Apply/Import external styling and js

Hi team,

I have thinking it is possible for me to use or insert the styling from external sourced.
I like to build the chronoform framework, want to use the styling from this sourced:

if can, how can i achieve this method.. anybody can guide me where can I apply this method..

under Designer > custom you can use your own HTML and CSS/JS code to build the form design you want.
