Global bug of pagination.

First time I saw it in CCv6. Then I saw it on this forum.
If you click on any button of following pages (2,3 etc.), then you can not return to 1 page.
When you press button 1 nothing happens and you stay on the same page.
Tried in FF and Edge.
I think it's global bug.
Please correct it ASAP.
