form name cannot be empty

Hi, i have a problem with displaying the Chronoform 5

I have build a form, but i can not see the form in the preview. Can you pls take a look.

I have no idear what a kind of problem i have. Joomla is 3.7.0

I can see two problems. Your form is there if you look at the page source but:

+ The form has no content - no inputs or buttons or custom code - so there is nothing to show.

+ You have some CSS at line 454 of this file that is hiding the form content /templates/jsn_dome_pro/css/custom1.css
