Form name can NOT be empty! - Language problem

Hi,

We have a problem when we fill in our form and hit submit. Only in "EN (Englisch)-language" everything works perfect. But when we change the language to "NL (Dutch)", "FR (French)" or "DE (German)" we get an error message : "Form name can NOT be empty!" directly after the submit button.

Are you using the default Joomla SEF or a 3rd party extension ?
